แจ้งเพื่อทราบเรื่องการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอ

เมื่อท่านเข้าสู่พื้นที่การจัดงาน ถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อตกลงในการละเว้นสิทธิจากการที่ผู้จัดงาน จะบันทึก ภาพ เสียง หรือข้อมูลอื่นใดของท่านภายในงาน และ สิทธิ์ในการเรียกร้องค่าตอบแทนหรือ ค่าลิขสิทธิที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานในสื่อต่างๆไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดแสดงการถ่ายทอดสดผ่านทาง อินเทอร์เน็ตการออกอากาศทางเว็บไซต์การออกอากาศทางโทร ทัศน์ หรือการประชาสัมพันธ์ ผ่านสื่อต่างๆโดยผู้จัดงานสามารถนำรูปภาพภาพถ่ายและ/หรือวิดีอดังกล่าวไปใช้เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ ในงานอื่นๆ ได้ในอนาคต ทั้งนี้ท่านได้รับการแจ้งให้ทราบถึงความยินยอมและการละเว้นสิทธิ์ในการเรียกร้องต่าง ๆ ก่อนที่ ท่านจะเข้าร่วมงานแล้ว

Notice Regarding Photography and Videography

By entering the event area, you are agreeing to waive your rights from the act that the organizer will record your image sounds, or any other information within the event and your rights for any potential claims for compensation or royalties related to the use of your images, photos, or videos across various media formats, including live internet broadcasts, web broadcasting, television broadcasting, or public relations through different channels. Please note that participants were informed and gave their consent to this agreement before attending the event.
